Form for taking the digital maturity test
This form is aimed at non-technological Galician SMEs,, so we encourage companies to participate so that they can build their digital transformation itinerary towards the 4.0 world. We will seek out and select participants from among the livestock farms, cooperatives, professional associations, dairy industries and their suppliers with the greatest impact, representativeness and reach.
Registration deadline: : March 22, 2022 .
Number of places: all non-tech SMEsregistered up to the indicated deadline, so the maturity test and the digitalisation plan will only be carried out on registered companies*.*.
NOTE: It is necessary to register through the following form in order to take the maturity test and the digitalization plan. It is aimed only at Galician non-technology SMEs. Even so, the obradoiros will be open and free of charge for all those entities that wish to join.

Commitment to participate in Obradoiro TOOLS4MILK: Digitalization of agribusiness*
**Registrations will follow a strict chronological order of receipt via the form. Entities enrolled in the program must attend all 7 obradoiros. They are committed to carrying out the “Digital Maturity assessment” DMA and to drawing up the final digital transformation roadmap. In addition, the entities selected to participate must sign, prior to the start, the assistance and execution commitment contract.. Once the obradoiro is finished, you must sign the declaration of responsibility.
