- Printed circuit board fabrication (multilayer, buried vias, RF, …)
- Electromechanical manufacturing (press brakes, punching machines, laser cutting, …)
- SMD assembly lines, including automatic visual and X ray inspection. Able to assemble up to CSPs
- Robotic lines for automatic assembly and verification
- Electronic and Communications Testing Lab including environmental test (vibration, temperature, humidity, salt spray, UV radiation, …), electromagnetic assays, CE mark, …
- Machining area (3D printing, machining, milling machines and lathe)
- Injection area: Ability to inject doped polymers (polymers with thermal properties, …), …
- Thermal properties, Possibility of double injection of polymers), metal injection”
